With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Holly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Chaps and Chapettes team. She began her career as a beauty therapist and went on to train with the prestigious Phi Academy in Dubai, specialising in creating flawless, long-lasting brows and lips tailored to enhance each client’s natural features.

As a passionate educator, Holly loves helping others grow in their careers—whether they’re just starting out or looking to expand their treatment offerings. From facials and massage to brows, lashes, and SPMU, her hands-on teaching style is rooted in real-world experience.

When she’s not in the salon or running her academy, Holly enjoys spending quality time with her young family.

Classic lashes are one lash extension applied to an individual natural lash. The fullness of your eyelash extensions will depend on how many natural lashes you have.

SPMU AFTERCARE Advice

To achieve best results, the aftercare advice given during your lash and brow appointment must be followed.

  • Avoid getting your lashes/brows wet for 48 hours.

  • Do not rub your eyes or pick your lashes.

  • Clean lashes with lash cleanser every 2 days.

  • Avoid wearing mascara

  • Brush through your lashes with a spoolie daily.

  • Avoid using oil based products around your eyes.

  • Avoid sleeping face down.

  • Book your infill appointments every 2-3 weeks.

CANCELLATION POLICY/ DEPOSITS

A non-refundable booking fee/deposit of £20 is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment and cover the cost of any products purchased prior to your appointment. This is non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel or move your appointment within 48 hours.
